This project consists of a 3,965 square foot brick building on a two-acre plot of land.  This building houses the Citizen Bank of Mabank.

The layout of the building consisted of an open waiting area in the center of the building, which invites one in to be able to view all aspects of the bank, such as the teller area, offices, restrooms, and the workroom.  These rooms are located along the outside edge of the building.

The building also included an outside drive-thru banking system.  This included six drive-thru spaces and one drive-thru ATM machine.  This design made the bank accessible and convenient for anyone.
