Congratulations to our clients who applied for the Texas Preservation Trust Fund Development program grants through the Texas Historical Commission! All projects we assisted have advanced to the second round of evaluations and we are now working hard to complete documents prior to the next deadline.

This comprehensive report forms a first step for fund raising and grant fund acquisition. It serves as a roadmap for a complete restoration.

Preparation of quality drawings and specifications is critical to communicate a specific part of the project needing initial funding. This usually includes masonry restoration, moisture mitigation and roof replacements. Good luck to our clients entering round two.
